In 2001 Monkey Boys (a design company by Daniel White and Bertjan Pot) were invited to participate in the exhibition 'Stroomversnelling' in the Groninger Museum.

This exhibition showed new work by a an up-and-comming generation of Dutch artists, designers and photographers.

For this exhibition Monkey Boys filled a hall with an experimental collection of colorfull lights, called the "Huup huup" collection.
